Same Day Terms and Conditions

- 1 hour minimum charge with half an hour increments thereafter
- Payment must be made in full on receipt of the invoice via card or cash
- Fixed prices may be agreed either verbally or in writing upon request before work commences
- Materials are charged at Trade Prices plus a 20% mark-up and subject to VAT
- Collecting materials for non-stock items is kept to a minimum and will not exceed 30 minutes of the fixed hourly rate
- We do not accept cheques
- We do not surcharge for credit card payment
- All fixed price quotes over £500 + VAT require a deposit of 25%. This is non-refundable if cancelled or rearranged less than 24hrs before the start date
- All prices are subject to VAT
- We do not charge for parking or Clean air zones
- If your residents require permit parking then this will need to be arranged prior to our arrival. Failure to have this available will result in the job being cancelled and the 1 hour minimum charge being applied.
- If Trace and Access is required to find and fix a leak or fault then a disclaimer will need to be signed by yourself/tenant prior to works being carried out. Failure to sign will results in further works being cancelled and the full 1 hour minimum charge being applied.
- Before/After photos and videos of the fault we are working on only, will be taken as record of the fault and repairs that were made.
- A signature will be required on our job sheet at the time we start and again at the time that we finish so parties are in agreeance.

- Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should a booked appointment need to be cancelled or re scheduled.
- Failure to inform us less than 24 hours before the appointment is scheduled will result in a cancellation fee of £45 +VAT
- No callout fee, however we take 50% +VAT security deposit from the first hourly rate charge, which is deductible from the final invoice. This is NONE REFUNDABLE if the job is cancelled when on route or no answer to door.
